Mindfulness is becoming increasingly popular and many people are turning to it to find ways of balancing their lives. Learning to practice mindfulness can help reduce stress and improve wellbeing. I offer mindfulness meditation, yoga classes and courses to the general public and in the workplace. I have significant experience of delivering mindfulness training and yoga to individuals and for organisations. I am committed to making mindfulness and yoga accessible to anyone who feels that they can benefit from it. Mindfulness and Yoga Classes
I offer the following courses:
- Being Mindful courses over eight weeks, in a group setting and delivered online or in person. Courses offer sixteen hours of mindfulness training .
- Being Mindful in the Workplace, weekly sessions over four weeks in a group setting, online or in person. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and is led by Reena.
- Staying Mindful programme over four weeks. Available to those who have completed a four or eight week Being Mindful course. Guided mindfulness meditation practices led by Reena each week online for four weeks.
- Mindful yoga and movement classes for groups, online or in person. Each class lasts up to 60 minutes
- One to one Mindfulness sessions for individuals, online or in person. Each session lasts for 60 minutes
- One to one Mindful Yoga classes for individuals, online or in person. Each session lasts 60 minutes
